Conga planning to recruit 300 Indian employees which leads to the rise of 30% R&D funding


Conga is an enterprise cloud computing and data firm that offers a platform for simplifying and automating documents, contracts and reporting. It is the global leader in extensible revenue lifecycle management solutions. Conga made an announcement stating its enlargement plans in India with its significant rise in research as well as development investment. It already has over 725 employees on board it is planning to hire 300 Indian employees in the next two years.

Conga has also depicted that India will remain the Innovation Hub as the R&D funding is increased by 30%. Some of the most significant inventions and product engineering decisions are run out in India although 75% of Conga’s engineering team is working out of India. In India, last year it also inherited Wrangler, a legal tech startup. 

Noel Goggin, the CEO and Cultural Leader at Conga said, the majority of the product development team are from India handling the company’s most important innovations and decisions. He also said the pandemic has led to the changing dynamics of digital transformation worldwide.

Conga is a female-friendly environment as the ratio of female employees has increased from 24% to 32%. It also has various initiatives for in-depth and flexible programs for attracting and holding back its employees. Conga has offices in Ahmedabad, Pune, Bangalore and Chennai in India. 

Ashish Shah, the General Manager of Conga in India said, they are focusing on recruiting new graduates from college and training them. In the past year, the company has employed 110 fresh graduates and it is planning to do the same over the next 12 months. Adding to this he said, it is great for a company of this capacity to have attained 100% leadership in more than three years of tenure at Conga, India.
