Cion Digital startup to set up its first office and R&D centre in pune

Cion Digital, a cloud-based blockchain orchestration platform located in the United States, said on Tuesday that it will open its first office and research and development center in Pune. This year, the business wants to invest Rs 50 crore and engage more than 100 blockchain developers.
Cion Digital focuses on cryptocurrency finance and payment solutions, and in January 2022, it secured $12 million in venture investment.
This news comes as the Indian government has stated that it would collaborate with the Reserve Bank of India to establish its own digital currency. The firm offers a modular platform as well as ready-to-use payment and lending solutions, making it easier to integrate digital assets into current payment and lending systems.
Cion Digital makes it simple for established organizations, financial institutions, and retailers to flourish in the digital asset market without having to invest in new systems or hire additional development staff. It also gives businesses easier access to all of the connectivity, infrastructure, and support they need to execute blockchain-based real-time payments and financing quickly.
