AiDash acquires Neurafarms.ai to expand its agricultural solutions business

In an undisclosed agreement, AiDash, a firm that utilizes satellite and AI to offer services, announced on Monday that it had purchased Neurafarms.ai, a geospatial and AI-powered farming solutions provider.
AiDash will build on Neurafarms.ai’s assets to improve its service for farmers and other agricultural stakeholders. Bhavesh Patidar, co-founder of Neurafarms.ai, will join AiDash’s team to support the company’s disaster and disruption management system, which is designed to help businesses better handle calamities.
Dr. Anil Singh, the startup’s head of research and development, will also join AiDash, according to the firms. His responsibilities will include enhancing the company’s R&D efforts and directing data toward addressing industry challenges.
To provide useful insight, the firm uses artificial intelligence to analyze real-time satellite data for soil conditions, crop health, and local weather forecasts.
