About $15M raised by No-code automation startup- Certa in Series A via Point72 Ventures


A San Francisco-based no-code automation platform- Certa, on Tuesday announced its Series A investment, amounting about $15 million, led by Point72 Ventures, for procurement and compliance, with participation from Twitch Founder- Justin Kan, Dropbox- Co-founder and CEO, Drew Houston, Mantis VC, and others. 

Certa was founded in 2015, it aims to enable companies to connect easily and safely. Procurement, compliance, information security, privacy, and finance systems are its software orchestrated across entire workflows, said Certa. 

Utilising low code/no-code technology, Certa in order to automate crucial processes without IT support empowers the procurement teams. Over one million companies across 120 countries in 17 languages have been helped on onboard clients by the company. Retailers, aerospace firms, credit card companies, tech giants, and more are included as their clients.

Certa believes that it has the potential to redefine how businesses work and grow together, said Tripp Shriner, Partner at Point72 Ventures. There is a growing demand to find the most secure, efficient, and comprehensive way whether a vendor, customer, or partner, in order to integrate and scale business processes. Businesses have been allowed by Creta in order to automate the third-party journey so as to move faster and focus on what’s most important.

More than 100+ integrations with data sources and systems so as to automate and orchestrate workflows has been used by Creta, based on the San Francisco Bay Area, while minimizing risk and increasing transparency allowing for 3x quicker third-party vendor onboarding.
