Mumbai-based logistics technology startup Stackbox has successfully raised $4 million in a fresh funding round led by Enrission India Capital. Founded by IIT alumni Sabyasachi, Shanmukha, Venktesh, and Nitin, Stackbox leverages deep-tech solutions, including its AI-powered Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Transportation Management System (TMS), to streamline logistics operations across sectors such as FMCG, manufacturing, and e-commerce.

The latest equity infusion will enable Stackbox to accelerate product innovation and expand its footprint across Southeast Asia, while consolidating its presence in India. The company focuses on building the digital backbone of modern logistics, supporting intelligent processes from warehouse management to last-mile delivery.

Stackbox has attracted clients among leading FMCG and manufacturing firms focused on enhancing efficiency and scalability. For the fiscal year ended March 2024, the Bengaluru-based company posted a net profit of Rs 6 crore on operating revenue of Rs 25.7 crore, reflecting a strong business model.
