Salesforce has expanded its Startup Program into Malaysia and the Philippines, providing early-stage companies with AI-powered products, mentorship, and go-to-market support through its vast ecosystem.
Boosting ASEAN Innovation Hubs
The program now operates across five markets including India, Singapore, and Sri Lanka, targeting Malaysia’s 2030 global startup ambitions and the Philippines’ Innovative Startup Act with $36 million funding for four unicorns. Eligible startups gain access to CRM tools, partner marketplaces, and weekly application reviews to build and scale rapidly.
Empowering Regional Scaleups
Arundhati Bhattacharya, Salesforce’s South and Southeast Asia CEO, highlighted the digitally-savvy talent pools turning local ideas into global impact. With over 435 startups already supported worldwide – including 230 AI-first firms – the launch strengthens Salesforce’s ASEAN footprint amid Manila office expansion and clients like PLDT.
