Purplecloud AI set to enter Indian Market

Purplecloud AI is entering the Indian Market as, a Silicon Valley-based global digital transformation solutions provider, Purplegrids Inc. is aiming to expand into India. Purplegrid is set to operate in India in partnership with Bluarrows Marketing, a subsidiary of Dubai-based C&H Global. Initially, the company will focus on the southern states of Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana.
Purplegrid’s artificial intelligence solution- Purplecloud.ai, a cloud-based platform will provide Indian businesses with the services they need for digital transformation. Purplecloud’s COO Santosh Kumar said Purplecloud provides services such as automation of transactions, sales enhancement, lead generation, reporting, and access to business context details through artificial intelligence (AI). Bluarrows, the marketing partner of Purplegrid, will be in charge of marketing their services and client relations in the region.
Purplecloud AI Solutions was launched in the wake of the Covid 19 pandemic. It specializes in conversion computing, including chatbots, which can be used to interact with customers through a variety of media, including social media, apps, and websites, in any business sector. Any type of business can be specially designed to suit their needs. It provides services in government sectors, call centers, healthcare, travel, tourism, media, communications, retail, automobile, telecom, e-commerce, hospitality, and education.
These services integrate all social media networks such as WhatsApp and Telegram into a single integrated AI platform. The platform is equipped with a unified dashboard that can communicate in all Indian languages. This platform helps to communicate more with customers, minimize their complaints and thereby increase revenue.
