Managed workspace provider Incuspaze has acquired workspace operator iKeva through a 100% buyout transaction, strengthening its presence in key southern markets, particularly Hyderabad and Bengaluru.
According to Incuspaze, the acquisition is expected to contribute nearly Rs 100 crore in revenue and support its goal of reaching Rs 1,000 crore in revenue by FY29 through a mix of organic growth, higher enterprise occupancy, and strategic acquisitions.
As part of the deal, Incuspaze will add iKeva’s portfolio of 5 lakh sq. ft. spread across 18 centres in Hyderabad and Bengaluru. The company also plans to add another 5 lakh sq. ft. of office space during FY27. The integration is expected to drive revenue synergies, improve operational efficiencies, strengthen technology capabilities, and standardize services across locations. The acquisition also aligns with Incuspaze’s plans for a potential IPO within the next 24–36 months.
Industry estimates suggest that Global Capability Centres (GCCs) could account for nearly 40% of India’s office space demand in the coming years, with Hyderabad and Bengaluru continuing to be among the most preferred destinations for multinational companies expanding their India operations.
The acquisition follows Incuspaze’s earlier purchases of TRIOS and VSKOUT, which expanded its operational footprint and enhanced its technology and market intelligence capabilities. More recently, the company strengthened its presence in western India through the acquisition of Million Minds at GIFT City, Gujarat.
Founded in 2016, Incuspaze operates more than 50 locations across 18 cities, with a portfolio exceeding 4 million sq. ft. The company provides managed offices, coworking spaces, enterprise solutions, design-and-build services, and customized workspace solutions for businesses across sectors.
