Gaming marketing services companies situated in Bengaluru KOMLAY Group and SAMBHAVNATH Group were instrumental in raising $3 million for the Esports Club. With the money, the business will broaden its reach into Southeast Asia and the Middle East. The Esports Club, which was established in 2019 by Vamsi Krishna, Ishaan Arya, and Mansoor Ahmed Noor, offers full-service game marketing solutions to new brands. The Arena, created in collaboration with Comic Con India, and TEC Challenger Series and TEC Gauntlet, two of the oldest esports tournament series, are just a few of the gaming and esports IPs it has created and marketed.
Nourish You secures a $2 million seed round.
Nourish You, a Hyderabad-based superfoods company, has raised $2 million in a seed fundraising round led by Y Janardhana Rao of Triumph Group, Rohit Chennamaneni of Darwinbox, Nikhil Kamath of Zerodha, Abhijeet Pai of Gruhas Proptech, Abhinay Bollineni of KIMS, and others. The cash will be used to expand its research and development of new items in order to diversify its array of offers. It will also use some of the capital to expand its distribution and marketplace, as well as for branding and marketing. Nourish You, founded in 2015 by Sowmya Reddy, Krishna Reddy, and Rakesh Kilaru, sells quinoa, chia, millets, edible seeds, and breakfast cereals through online marketplaces and ecommerce platforms. It also exports its products to Nepal, Singapore, Kenya, Dubai, Mongolia, and the Maldives.
Saarthi Pedagogy completes its pre-Series A funding round.
GVFL Limited has invested Rs 10 crore in Ahmedabad-based edtech company Saarthi Pedagogy. Prestige Group affiliate Pinnacle Investments also took part in the round. The financial infusion concludes the company’s Rs 30 crore pre-Series A transaction. The cash will be used to build the technological team, generate content, and expand the company’s sales reach, according to a statement. Saarthi Pedagogy, founded in 2018 by Sushil Agrawal, provides Learning Management System (LMS) and ERP features to middle-tier schools. The business recently unveiled a redesigned technology platform to assist schools in identifying changes in student learning outcomes and providing personalised homework sheets.
