SaaS start-up Task Tracker raises seed funding led by IIT Mandi Catalyst


An unknown amount of seed funding has been secured by Task Tracker, the startup was successful in obtaining funding during the seed round, which was led by IIT Mandi Catalyst, IIT Mandi iHub & HCI Foundation, Elina Investments, Mintosh Advisory, Karandeep Singh Vohra from the Oxford Alumni Network, POD World, Laveesh Bhandaria, a leading economist and founder of Indicus Foundation, and Salil Bhandari, founder of BGJC.

Initially developed for their own use, Task Tracker. They saw organisations trying to implement the technology owing to the high cost and complexity of the current solutions, and after realising its advantages, they turned Task Tracker into a product for their clientele. In a relatively short time, it rose to great popularity. The fresh cash, according to CEO Neha Chandra, will be put to use for accelerating client acquisition as well as expanding the product line and revenue.

Currently, Task Tracker is used by over 4000 companies across several sectors. And without employing any traditional marketing, only its Product Led Growth methodology. India, after China and the United States, has the third-largest SaaS ecosystem globally. Indian businesses are quickly making their presence known in the SaaS Enterprise sector with the slogan “made in India for India and the world.
