Inflection Point Ventures led seed round raises over 3.2 crores for Fresh From Farm (F3)

Food-agri startup Fresh From Farm has raised over 3.2 crores in a seed round led by Inflection Point Ventures. The startup was founded by Rohit Nagdewani and it sells fruit and vegetable products under the private label with the aim of altering the dynamics of fruit and vegetable production through a targeted, data-driven predictive analysis. Fresh From Farm helps buyers to buy fresh and quality fruits, delivered to their doorstep while increasing the income by 13%. Fresh From Farm said that this approach helps in keeping the demand-supply balance intact while reducing the wastage of fruit at the merchant level.

The Delhi-based firm has claimed that they have earned Rs 78 lakh in FY22 and is trying to improve its fruits and vegetables trade margin. They have further claimed to have access to more than 1,000 sales touchpoints for 30X growth in the next 12-15 months. Its main competitors are Otipy, Bigbasket, and Blinkit.
When it comes to Inflection Point Ventures (IPV) they launched Physis Capital, a $50 million AIF CAT II venture capital fund in May 2022. According to IPV, it will look to invest in 15-20 startups through pre-Series A to Series B funding rounds with check sizes ranging from $2 million to $10 million. As of now, the firm has invested in more than 100 startups across various sectors such as consumer tech, edtech, healthtech, fintech, B2B SaaS, and social and content commerce.
