Electrifi Mobility secures Rs 25 crore in seed funding round


EV asset management and leasing startup Electrifi Mobility has successfully raised Rs 25 crore in a seed funding round, securing a combination of debt and equity. The funding round saw participation from notable investors, including Asian Development Bank (ADB) Ventures, AdvantEdge Founders, and others.

“The proceeds from the funding will be utilized to bolster our workforce, extend our market presence, and accelerate the deployment of assets and service infrastructure,” stated Electrifi Mobility.

The company has ambitious plans, intending to deploy over Rs 500 crore worth of commercial EV assets in the next three years. Co-founded in 2023 by Kunal Mundra, former CEO of CARS24, and Nikhil Aggarwal, co-founder of Grip Invest, Electrifi provides comprehensive solutions encompassing leasing, maintenance, post-sales support, refurbishment, and redeployment of EV assets.

“We are proud to announce that we currently manage more than 15,000 EV assets in partnership with Grip Invest,” mentioned the company.

In a competitive landscape that includes rivals like Ohm Mobility, Alt Mobility, and Vidyut Tech, Electrifi Mobility is poised to make a significant impact. The startup’s focus on end-to-end solutions sets it apart, offering a range of services to meet the growing demands of the EV market.
