D2C Kids Subscription Platform GroClub Secures Rs 4.3 Cr Pre-Seed Investment Led by Ramaiah Evolute


GroClub, a direct-to-consumer (D2C) children’s subscription platform, has successfully raised a funding amount of Rs 4.3 crore. The funding round was led by Ramaiah Evolute, the startup arm of the renowned MS Ramaiah Group. This investment has valued GroClub at an impressive Rs 25 crore. The substantial financial backing from Ramaiah Evolute will undoubtedly bolster GroClub’s growth and expansion plans in the highly competitive kids’ subscription market.

During the funding round, an angel consortium comprising notable individuals like Deepak Gowda from Ascent Capital, Purushotham R, Chirag Shah from Velvet (Los Angeles), Isaac Reyes from Ravis (Panama), Amit Nanavati from Juicy Chemistry, Sanjay Munirathna from Keerthi Group, Dinesh Talera, Shricharan N J, and Sanjay Sunku from Drink Prime also participated.

 This diverse group of investors adds further credibility and expertise to GroClub, a children’s subscription platform launched in January 2022. GroClub offers a range of subscription-based products tailored for growing kids, allowing them to easily upgrade their selections as they mature. While currently available in Bengaluru, GroClub aims to expand its reach and cater to a larger audience in the future. This recent funding round will undoubtedly propel GroClub’s growth and help solidify its position in the market.
