Bengaluru-Based Retail SaaS Company Impact Analytics Secures $40 Million in Growth Financing for Global Expansion

Impact Analytics, a pioneering retail SaaS company based in Bengaluru, proudly announced the successful closure of a $40 million growth financing round. The investment was led by Sageview Capital, with additional support from longstanding partner Vistara Growth. This substantial funding will propel Impact Analytics into its next phase of development, enabling the expansion of its global team and further accelerating the industry’s AI-driven transformation.
As part of this funding round, Jeff Klemens, Partner at Sageview Capital, and Prashanth Palakurthi, Senior Advisor at Sageview Capital and founder and former CEO of Reflexis Systems, will join Impact Analytics’ board of directors.
