Ashneer Grover and his wife Madhuri Jain have incorporated a new company called Third Unicorn Private Limited, a few weeks after Ashneer Grover made a hint about starting a new business. the Memorandum of Association (MoA) was signed on July 5. Some will claim that I have experienced a full life and more than most people. created value for future generations. I still have unfinished business with it. It’s time to reshape another industry. It’s time for the Third Unicorn !!”  The MoA showed that the business would be a tech-enabled platform, however, the sector in which it would operate is not yet known.

Developing, offering, undertaking, designing, importing, exporting, distributing, and trading in systems and application software for microprocessor-based information systems are among the other objects. Although the list of things is lengthy, no sector is mentioned.

Prior to this, Grover co-founded and served as managing director of the financial company BharatPe. But once claims of him abusing Kotak Mahindra Bank staff arose, he became embroiled in trouble. When Grover got into a fight with BharatPe’s important investors and board members, the problem had barely been resolved. The startup claimed in March that Grover and his wife stole money from the startup by paying fictitious vendors. Grover had already left the board by that point.

With the launch of the new firm, Grover is back in the spotlight after months of public mudslinging. His wife Jain currently owns 10,000 equity shares of Third Unicorn, while he currently has 9,90,000 equity shares.
