On World Yoga Day Government Launches New App

The Modi Government, had been focussing on practising yoga for a long time. Now, in this current scenario of Pandemic, the Government launches new app : mYoga in collaboration with the Ministry of Ayush and the World Health Organization. This app aims to provide a varied length of yoga sessions for both experts and beginners alike.
In the morning of 21st june, Modi in his speech to the nation said “In collaboration with WHO, India has taken another important step. We will be launching the mYoga app which will have yoga training videos in different languages for people across the world. This will help us achieve our ‘One World, One Health’ motto,”

Government launches new app to encourage people to practice yoga, with the help of their smartphones only. People aged 12 – 65 are suitable to use mYoga for daily yoga practices. Who has said that the app has been developed with scientific literature and international expert consultation. The app is currently available in English, Hindi and French. It does not collect any data from the users,and is perfectly safe to use.
