Funding Alert

iKargos receives fresh funding to support its growth and worldwide expansion

Rekha Atri founded iKargos two years ago, on May 27th, 2020, with the enormous job of reforming the hitherto disorganised international freight management and transportation business. As the company celebrates its second anniversary, there may be no better gift than access to finance to propel it to new heights.

The firm was founded on the principle of providing the end consumer with total control and transparency over the cargo (international and local) that he or she chooses to ship or receive.

iKargos brought a digital element to the market, allowing end-users to follow every phase of their shipment. Furthermore, iKargos handles all certificates and commissions necessary at any stage of the procedure, leaving the consumer to sit back and wait for his or her goods to arrive.

iKargos receives fresh funding to support its growth and worldwide expansion

Rekha Atri, the founder of iKargos said that it’s been two years since it began and one year since the launch of the web platform iKargos.com. It has added clients from a variety of sectors, including solar, food items, plastics, machines, and metals. iKargos has demonstrated that it is on to something huge by digitising this disorganised environment and witnessing multi-fold development in a short period of time. It hopes to make the entire process easier for the general population throughout the world with this new money and interest from seasoned investors.

Praveen Sinha, an early investor in the company stated that iKargos has chosen a fantastic problem to address. The founding team is strong and energetic. The sector is extremely unorganised, which makes it an ideal target for technology disruptions. The growing investor interest in iKargos reinforces our conviction even more. This bodes well for iKargos, and the firm is anticipating rapid expansion.
