Grammarly rebrands as Superhuman

Grammarly, the widely used AI-powered writing assistant, has announced a major rebranding to become Superhuman. This change reflects the company’s evolution from a standalone writing tool into a comprehensive, AI-native productivity platform.

The rebranding follows Grammarly’s acquisition of Superhuman, the popular email client, in June 2025, and its subsequent integration into a suite of productivity tools. The new Superhuman platform now combines Grammarly’s trusted writing assistance, Coda’s all-in-one workspace, Superhuman Mail’s intelligent inbox, and a newly launched AI assistant, Superhuman Go.

Superhuman Go is designed to operate seamlessly across multiple applications and browser tabs, offering proactive, context-aware suggestions—such as email composing, scheduling meetings, brainstorming, and information retrieval—without requiring users to prompt engines explicitly. It connects to over 100 apps, including Jira, Google Drive, Google Calendar, and others, to streamline workflows and reduce busywork.

CEO Shishir Mehrotra explained that the name “Superhuman” signifies a shift in the AI approach—focusing on augmenting human capabilities rather than replacing or overcomplicating work routines. The platform emphasizes that AI should feel intuitive and embedded within everyday workflows, making tasks faster and more natural.

The comprehensive suite is available now through a subscription model, with individual and enterprise plans that combine all tools into a single, integrated experience. Users can try Superhuman Go for free, with premium plans offering advanced features like multilingual support, detailed AI feedback, and integration options for professional teams.

This strategic move positions Superhuman as a leader in the AI productivity space, aiming to transform how individuals and organizations work by seamlessly blending AI into their daily routines for enhanced efficiency and creativity.
