Overtaking Freshworks, Browserstack Is Now Highest Valued Saas Firm

Website and mobile testing platform Browserstack is now highest valued Saas Firm ;SAAS usually refers to software as a service. On Wednesday, Browserstack announced its latest valuation which amounts to $4 billion, after receiving $200 million from Silicon Valley investor Mary Meeker. Browserstack co-founder said that the company now looks sto scale up operation in the fast growing market of cloud base software testing for making more strategic acquisitions and growing their team in the coming year.
It was not one of the most well known start up , but now Browserstack is now highest valued Saas Firm. It has been slowly growing over the first few years. BrowserStack was a bootstrapped firm until 2018 and then raised $50 million from venture capital fund Accel Partners. Now their primary aim is to employ 200 more people to make their team number to 1000, as that would give the team better chances of performing better.
