Babycare quick commerce platform Peeko raises over $7 Mn led by Chiratae

Peeko has raised more than $7 million, or about Rs 67.4 crore, in a Series A funding round led by Chiratae Ventures. Existing investor Stellaris Venture Partners and several angel investors also participated in the round, giving the babycare quick-commerce platform fresh capital to expand its operations, technology, and team.
Peeko is building a specialised delivery platform for baby and kids-care products. Its catalogue includes essentials such as diapers, baby food, apparel, toys, and other products that parents may need at short notice. The company promises deliveries within 60 minutes, making it different from traditional babycare retailers that may take several days to fulfil an order.
The company currently operates three dark stores in Bengaluru and offers around 30,000 products from more than 100 brands. Its operations cover roughly 55% of the city, giving Peeko a focused base from which to test its model before expanding to other markets.
For parents, speed can be particularly valuable when buying essential products. Diapers, formula, medicines, feeding supplies, or hygiene items are often needed immediately rather than planned well in advance. A specialised platform can also make discovery easier by bringing relevant products into one place instead of asking parents to search through a general marketplace.
Peeko is also experimenting with a “try-and-buy” approach and doorstep returns. This may be useful for products such as baby clothing, footwear, and other items where parents may want to check the size, fit, or quality before completing the purchase.
The fresh funding will be used to expand Peeko’s Bengaluru presence, improve its product selection, strengthen its technology stack, and hire more employees. The company plans to double its dark-store network to six locations by the end of 2026 before entering two additional cities next year.
Peeko says it has grown nearly twofold every quarter over the past six months, while more than one lakh parents have shopped on the platform since its launch. These figures suggest that the company is seeing early demand, although maintaining fast delivery as it expands will require careful inventory planning and strong local operations.
The company had previously raised $3.2 million in August 2025, led by Stellaris Venture Partners. With the latest round, Peeko’s total funding has reached about Rs 95 crore
For Chiratae Ventures, the investment also fits its long-standing interest in the babycare market, including its earlier association with FirstCry. For Peeko, the challenge now is to balance speed, product availability, pricing, and customer trust as it moves beyond Bengaluru. If it can do that successfully, the startup could build a specialised babycare platform that becomes a dependable part of everyday parenting.
